La Salle Academy is a coeducational Catholic School for students in Years 7 to 12. Applicants must demonstrate they are committed to the Catholic ethos in education.
Applicants who are successful in gaining an interview must bring with them the following form and information:
1. The Working With Children Check-Application Declaration and Consent form. This form must be completed online and printed for signing:
